Speak Out Spartanburg is brought to you by concerned organizations and individuals who want to prevent adolescent pregnancy in Spartanburg County, SC.  Our message is to get more people talking about this important issue – and, more importantly, to get more people working together to help prevent adolescent pregnancy.
